What is this module for?

ChemrytSC is a scientist-facing screening workspace for specialty chemicals. It helps you examine a structure, interpret compliance and handling signals, estimate thermal and environmental behavior, compare analogues, and explore structure variants before synthesis, formulation, or regulatory follow-up.

What does Analyze Molecule do?

It runs the primary structure review: identity resolution, descriptor generation, compliance screening, hazard interpretation, and preparation of the downstream result modules for scientific review.

What does Run Prediction do?

It refreshes the predictive model layer for the active structure, including physicochemical, environmental, ADME, and toxicology endpoints used to support screening decisions in the Models and Environment views.

What does each module show?

Structure shows identity, descriptors, thermal profile, and mapped structural alerts. SC Core summarizes specialty compliance, GHS interpretation, handling guidance, and jurisdiction-focused screening outputs.

What do the advanced modules show?

Decomposition focuses on thermal degradation stages, likely cleavage regions, and stability-improvement ideas. Environmental summarizes persistence, biodegradability, aquatic hazard, and batch variant scoring. Field translates the screening outputs into formulation and application guidance.

What are Models, Analogue Finder, and SELFIES for?

Models reports endpoint predictions across the vetted model catalog. Analogue Finder compares the active molecule with functionally relevant alternatives. SELFIES Ensemble generates structure variants for ideation, then lets you re-screen promising candidates.

When will this panel disappear?

As soon as you click Analyze Molecule or Run Prediction. Use Clear to bring the empty-state guidance back.
